We try to make the most of them, but with a minimal impact on the environment. We respect the work and products of farmers and producers from Slovak regions, but also the history and traditions on which we build our cuisine. Last but not least, we respect our guests and try to contribute to development of the Slovak gastronomy.
In order to maintain an intimate atmosphere and comfort in the restaurant, the capacity is limited and it is also "adult friendly", so it is not suitable for children under the age of 15. A visit of the restaurant is possible only with a reservation in advance.
likes to work with ingredients that have been grown in the nearby regions and with products that are typical for our country, although some of them have been forgotten recently. In the kitchen he tries hard to take the most of the ingredients in order to create minimal waste and at the same time he loves serving the guests surprising, interesting and tasty food combinations. Jozef's creations are often marked by Slovak traditions or childhood memories. His passion is fishing, but also likes picking berries and mushrooms in the forest, as well his love of gardening can be found in every meal that comes from his kitchen.
